How do I know if you are available for a tour on my preferred date?

Please fill out the Service Request box on the Contact Us page of the website and include the dates you want to tour. We will check our calendar to check availability and call you (within 24 hrs, usually less) to connect. When we connect over the phone and you’re ready to finalize your tour we will ask for a credit card to hold the date.

How much will the tour cost?

We have a 6-hour minimum and charge by the hour. $55/hr credit card and we do offer a cash discount of $50/hr. We can go as long as you’d like over the 6 hours. There is a 20% gratuity added to the final cost. Six or more people – $55/hr cash or $60/hr cc.

Do you help with choosing the wineries?

Yes, we can help with your itinerary and give you suggestions, if you’d like. Some have their entire day planned out and email it to us in advance. This is very helpful.  All wineries are by appt. only. Call as soon as you can to get the wineries you want. Most usually ask for a cc to hold the date.

Where do you pick us up?

We meet you at your home or hotel and this is where we begin the wine tour. Where we pick you up is where we drop you off unless you want us to drop you off for dinner and Uber back. If you’re further than 50 miles we charge an extra hour for travel expenses.

What time are we picked up?

Most wineries open at 10 am. Closing is usually from 4-6pm and most at 5 pm. Visiting 3, sometimes 4, wineries is typical for a 6-hour day. Sometimes it can be 3 depending on how long you’d like to visit one winery.

What do we do for lunch?

We can give you several suggestions depending on where we are touring. Sometimes clients bring snacks and sandwiches for picnicking. There are wonderful restaurants to choose from too. We can call in orders to deli’s and PU while you’re wine tasting. If you choose the Pinot or Cab package a box lunch is offered. Napa has ordinances about picnicking but there are a few places to still picnic. Sonoma is more open to picnicking.

What are wine tasting fees? What is the cost?

Every winery charges a wine tasting fee these days and the fees vary from winery to winery. The fees vary from $40 and up per guest and there are anywhere from 4 – 6 pours. Tasting fees have changed since Covid so it’s always good to call in advance to know their fees.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a 7 day cancellation policy. Your 6-hour tour will be charged to your credit card on file if you cancel within the 7 days. No tip will be added to the charge.
